1950
In 1950, two more exemplars of the 125F1 (C-03 and C-04) were built, but only the latter was used in F1. A 125F1 prototype with a revised chassis was also built, as well as a second prototype, the so-called 340F1, which was an intermediate version between the 275F1 and the 375F1. Two examples of the 125F1, C-01 and C-04, were converted to 275F1 during the season.
For the Italian GP, two "Premiere Monza" made their debut: the first two chassis of the 375F1, chassis 01 and 02.

1951
In 1951, in addition to the first two chassis that had debuted the previous year, five more exemplars were built, bringing the total to seven 375F1 cars. In Bari, as per the tradition for the end-of-season Italian Grand Prix, the 500F2 debuted. The peculiarity was in the engine, as it did not have a 2000cc but a 2500cc engine. In fact, the car's name was not changed to 625, as one might have expected, but remained 500. Later, it debuted at Monza with the 2000cc engine.

1955
1955 was a year full of innovations. Despite the disappointments of 1954 and the unfulfilled expectations of the two 625 and 553 projects, Ferrari felt it necessary to continue their development. Regarding the 625 models, five examples participated in the world championship, with only one newly built, chassis 008. On the other hand, the 553 model was redesigned on a new chassis, further enhanced, and renamed 555 "Supersqualo". Four chassis were produced for this model.
In July 1955, Lancia transferred six exemplars of D50 to Ferrari, along with two additional chassis and mechanical parts. Ferrari used some of these directly in the following GP at Monza as a “Premiere Monza”.

During 1956, all D50 cars were used except chassis 0004. In addition, four new D50 chassis were built, with numbering continuing from the previous ones. All the models underwent significant changes compared to the D50s acquired from Lancia. Only chassis 0003 was destroyed during testing at Monza.

1957
In 1957, almost all D50 cars were converted to the 801 model. Only two exemplars, 0001 and 0007, were never converted. Chassis 0010 was destroyed in a fatal accident with Castellotti at the wheel during testing in Modena, but it was rebuilt.

1958

1959
1959 was a year of continuity with the previous year, with the models remaining practically the same. The aerodynamic design was updated with more generous and enveloping shapes, thanks to aerodynamic solutions derived from the experiences with the streamliner cars. Chassis 002 and 003 were also rebuilt. Due to the 2500cc engine, the model was renamed 256F1.
